How to Record and Submit Your Hours Worked
STEP 1
Record your hours on your Adecco Timecard
• Write down the hours you worked for each day on your Adecco timecard; use a different timecard for each assignment worked. Adecco’s workweek starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.
• Obtain your supervisor’s signature at the end of the workweek; or if you are on a short-term assignment (s) lasting less than a week, obtain a signature on the last day of the assignment (s). Give the supervisor a copy of the timecard, give another copy to Adecco NO LATER than midnight on Sunday, and keep the final copy for your records. We may need to periodically ask you to provide us with your copy for hours’ verification, so it is important that you KEEP A COPY OF YOUR TIME CARD.
STEP 2
Enter your hours
• Enter your hours no later than midnight on Sunday using one of the following methods:
• Log onto the Internet at http://time.adecco.com and follow the instructions to enter your hours.
• Call our ATS line toll-free at (888) 695-9300 and follow the instructions to enter your hours.
• When reporting your hours, you’ll be prompted to report your Adecco office number (5848), your assignment number, and the last four digits of your social security number.
• To help you better understand how to enter your hours via the phone, Adecco has a Demo Line that allows you to practice. When using the Demo Line only, dial (800) 643-1242, use 9999 for the office number and 88888 for the assignment number. You may use any 4 digits for your social security number. We encourage you to use the Demo Line to practice this method of reporting your hours at your convenience and as often as you need.
